My Education vs. My Passion as an Administrative Assistant!

Lately I am have doing a lot of thinking about school and the same does for work. It was a friend who thru a serious of her ignoring questions that I had to put somethings into perceptive regarding the two. Now I got a few hobbies that I really enjoy doing with my friends.  There is going to different restaurants to eat especially to Copper Hawks. Going to that favorite Mexican restaurant for a good margarita and a plate of nachos with the works including a side of sour cream and guacamole. Going to the movies with their children, going shoes shopping, and weighting in on the pros and cons of what is going on in our lives.  Reading mystery books, learning about and doing my social media, writing some pieces for my blog, and watching Korean soap operas are my hobbies that I like to do by myself. My Turkish Lentil Soup

Around the end of February, I go seriously sick with a server respiratory infection and an acute sinus infection. While I was dropping off my prescription from the doctor and waiting for it to be filled at Walmart, I thought I do a little shopping.  Lately, I have been wanting some Turkish lentil soup so I went ahead and purchased the ingredients and a small crock pot. Which I did not get around to using because it is 2 quarts. So I need to find recipes for 2 quarts crock pots. The ingredients being: 1 lb. of green lentils, pre-soak the beans or else the beans will take forever to cook 1 red onion, diced ½ lb. of minced lamb, though this can be optional to not use or you can use ground beef if you cannot find mince lamb 4 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon of minced garlic 1 beef bouillon cubes Salt and pepper for taste 4 cups of water In a 4 quarts’ pot over a medium fire, take 1 tablespoon of butter to sauté  and stir the diced red onion and gar
